Technical assistance is provided to support a promoter system to increase the demand of reproductive health services, to improve the technical skills of health providers. Support is also provided to the Central Ministry of Health in the definition of National Policies and Norms. With USAID support, the country has developed a National Reproductive Health Plan (2003-2008) and is updating the family planning norms.
